Hey guys, I'm Jasmine and I am looking forward to serving you. I began my Psychology Journey in 2010 and I've been enjoying my line of work since then. I became licensed in 2022 and started my Private Practice in 2023. I have had the pleasure of providing therapeutic services, witnessing impactful transitions and growth plans to a variety of clients for over 6 years. I am certified in Domestic Violence, Mental Health First Aid, and Suicide Prevention. I also work with sports teams on team building and effecting communication. My specialties areas are Depression, Anxiety, Stress Management, Social-Emotional Learning Competencies, Anger Management, ADHD, PTSD, Relationship Issues and more. I love to utilize Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based (MBCT), Solution Focused Brief (SFBT), etc., within my practice.
